The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and during Jewish holidays, check-in is possible 1 hour after sunset. Guests aged 17 years and under cannot access the fitness centre. Please note that food and groceries bought outside of the hotel are not allowed on hotel's grounds.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The location is super: everything is at a stone's throw, compact and accessible. The employees are extremely friendly and obliging. Of course, there's always room for improvement, like the level of cleaning the room during the stay. However, on the whole, it was a very satisfying experience. The facilities are in good condition and are well maintained.

The food was superb and all of the facilities very clean. The staff were plentiful both in the dining room and the various aspects of cleaning. The salt water and mineral pools were excellent.
