The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. It’s about 15 minutes from Egilsstadir surrounded by beautiful nature. I liked that the furniture suited the style and age of the building, it added to the overall character of the place.

Clean, light, spacious. There was everything you needed in the kitchen and even complementary coffee (and coffee filters) and collection of tea. Many bathrooms and showers, with the shampoo/toiletries. Well soundproofed, we didn’t hear neighbors, comfy beds. Lovely place indeed to land in in-between north and east Iceland.
