We enjoyed our stay in Gästehaus Luma in Egerkingen. It was a nice, spacy house. Although it was really warm outside, it was cool inside as all curtains were closed when we arrived. Communication with the host was good (via booking.com) and she welcomed us at arrival to hand over the key and guide us around. The three bedrooms we used were big enough and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was good. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were coffee capsules (enough for 3 days) for free. The couch in the living room was also comfy enough to relax, as well as the launch outside in the little garden. You can choose to eat inside or outside as there are two tables available. Egerkingen might not be the place to be but was a good location to discover the Jura and Naturpark Thal, or even the higher Alps (1h drive to e.g. Schwyz).
