Lots of pillows. Comfy bedding. The staff were very accomodating about extra coffee and creamers. The creamers are good liquid ones, not the powdered cra-stuff that I hate. More expensive hotels have had them, ick. The buffet breakfast was delicious, good value as well. All in all, a good couple of nights.

The room was spacious, warm, and looked good. I like the option of an extra blanket without having to ask housekeeping and wait. I like there's a water glass in the bathroom, and that there are proper coffee mugs as well as the take out cups. The restaurant does a really good steak and shrimp. The staff there are good about take out milk so I don't have to use the powdered creamer, and sometimes give me extra creamers.

Friendly staff and flexible with check-in. We had some issues with payment method but they were understanding and patient until we got it resolved. Overall, a nice and cozy stay.
