Really got me out of a hole after the hotel I'd booked back in November didn't have my booking in their diary and had no availability. A much larger room than where I'd originally booked too. The landlord went above and beyond to help me out.

I like the value for money, getting a good hotel with self-catering with fridge/freezer in your room is a problem in London. I was not keen on travelling but it was easy once you get used to it. There are plenty of buses and they all have AI information about your route, hard to understand at first but realized the bus stops have a letter designation and once inside the bus the bus lets you know when to get off.
