Fantastic property with comfortable beds. Communication was great prior to arrival and we even had cake and breakfast items upon arrival which was so welcoming! Thank you. Easy transport links to train station and old/new town.

Great communication from the owners. The Garden Cottage is set back from the road, adjoins an impressive private residence, has good private parking and is in a lovely neighbourhood. All three bedrooms are big and spacious, as is the very well equipped kitchen. We really liked the large kitchen and its outdoor patio, and the big-screen TV room. The location is c. 25mins walk to Edinburgh city centre, and c. 5mins to a local Tesco Express, cafes, a couple of pubs, and petrol station.
