Very helpful staff. I was there for a stag weekend and arrived at 11am so room not ready, of course. But the staff were great - showed me a quiet bathroom where I could change and then took my bags to be delivered to my room later in the day. I got an upgrade which, sadly, I didn't get much benefit of as I was out partying all day. As promised, the staff phoned me later to tell me the room number I had been allocated so they could not have been more helpful.

Location perfect. Our room was a deluxe twin with two double beds. It was a decent size, though the bathroom was smal. It was very well appointed. Excellent safe you didn't have to bend down to. I really apreciated the steamer as well as iron & ironing board as we were going out in the evening. Only thing missing were slippers. We asked twice but they never arrived. I personally found the bed a bit soft & the pillows not right but I'm sure ok for most people. The staff were all very well trained & helpful l

Location, style. Proximity to the main attractions. Bar and restaurant at the top overlooking the city. Very convenient parking underneath. Staff very good and helpful.
