I liked the proximity to the centre of town. It felt very safe and secure. Everything we needed was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful

It was very central and easy to get around Edinburgh from there on foot. It was very warm and sunny, especially in the afternoon. There is a lift. It's well appointed with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher and small fridge. We got fast friendly help when we reported that the TV wasnt working.
