The fine print
The lead guest must be over 30 years old. Within 2 days of booking, please provide the names and ages of all guests, along with proof of address and a valid ID for the lead guest. Guests must also agree to The Edinburgh Address terms and conditions. Please let your Property Manager know your expected arrival time in advance. You can add this in the Special Requests box when booking or contact them directly using the details in your confirmation. Hen, stag or similar parties are not permitted. Our properties are protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Amenities nice and lots of space for a family of 6. Great to have a laundry room too. Location was good with some nice restaurants nearby as well as a Tesco express.

Gorgeous apartment. Beautiful bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Lovely modern kitchen. Huge amount of space. All freshly painted. Excellent
