Comfortable bed and big bathroom location was good for us as Edinburgh was very busy so good to be just outside of the city

Excellent customer service. We had a problem with noise in our original room but they found us another room which was lovely and quiet. The property is clean and very comfortable and in an excellent location.

Breakfast was great, the room Is tiny but somehow they manage to feed all the guests, don’t be in a rush for breakfast as they cook fresh!

The room had a classic historic charm with all the trimmings including a 4 post bed, with the hotel situated close to all amenities including public transport.
