Good location, shops, cafes and bus stop just at the top of the street. Just a short walk into Edinburgh centre. Nice, comfortable bed, quiet room. Also reasonably priced considering the location during the Edinburgh fringe.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Edynburg and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the presence of a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, and even some complimentary cookies – a nice touch. There was also a trash bin in the room, which was convenient. The location was great – very close to everything I needed. However, there were a couple of downsides. Unfortunately, there were no cutlery provided, which made things a bit difficult. Also, the service could have been better – the staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful. In general, it was a good stay, but with a few small improvements, it could be even better
