We liked the room, it was warm and the beds were comfortable. (The sofa bed not that much, but it was okay for a few nights.) The staff was very nice and helpful.

Apartment was spacious with well appointed kitchen. Bed was comfortable with lovely hot shower. Location was great with about 30 minute walk to the Castle. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have paid parking nearby.

Staff were so friendly it's like a home from home everything you need and local to the city was very clean and spacious highly recommended
