Nice spacious room, lovely bathroom and shower. Great location for public transport, walking into City Centre or The Meadows Park. Useful to have a guide book in the room to read and lots of leaflets in the hall of Edinburgh's attractions.

It's a charming old style building, I had a room on the 2nd floor which was comfortable and clean.
