Friendly staff, clean, easy going place, complimentary tea and coffee, let us hang around while waiting for our departure for the airport. Fabulous and affordable little breakfast cafe just around the corner.

The property is well situated. The worst part is the tall, standing staircase and to pick up the luggage all over to the fourth level is very tired, some and probably the most negative point of the property. Otherwise, it's a good way to stay in Edinburgh.
