I have visited a few novotel hotels now and the service is second to none! Travelling with family so the cleanliness is the pulling factor, the swimming pool was excellent that was what kept the children happy and it was very well presented, sauna and steam room facilities, minor hiccup with hair dryer which was fixed by next morning! Brilliant!

Room was nice and clean. Nice staff. Very helpful. Hotel was nice and clean too, swimming pool and gym were great and the hotel was 5 minutes away from the tram into the city .

From the moment we spoke to Valentin at reception we felt like we were visiting a friend. He kept us right with the facilities and where to go. Every one we spoke to were friendly and full of information. When we wanted anything we just asked ad we had a good response from all staff. Good food and good serving staff.
