Everything about this hotel was amazing. We only ate breakfast in it but it was the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. It had everything on offer. The pool was beautiful albeit very cold. Sauna amazing, staff welcoming. Room basic but clean. 5 - 10 minute walk to Grass Market then Royal Mile nearby. Great location.

This is a great hotel for short stay. Comfortable room, good location, if you don’t mind a bit of a walk and really helpful staff. Great to have a little fridge in room and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool.

Great location: Still the centre, but a bit on the sidelines—the area is not that touristy noise, but still full of nice places around. The room was huge and ad everything we needed, including a comfy bed and a safe. Nice breakfast with an opportunity to make your own waffles—yum.

Beautifully clean and spacious twin room. The breakfast was incredible. The spa facilities were perfect.
