Good communication after booking , all request met. Staff so helpful and welcoming. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Perfect location. Cannot recommend enough !

The room and bathroom were very clean with all the facilities needed. Beds were so comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything better. In a nice quiet area but easy access to the town centre by foot, bus or tram

The ambiance and decor of the hotel were to our taste, eclectic and stylish. Staff were friendly, smiling and helpful. Our room was clean , we had biscuits and crisps on the welcome tray when we arrived and plenty of tea, coffee and milk. The room was on the small side as it was up in the eaves, but we were aware it was small when we booked it...we didn't plan to spend much time there! I loved the sea kelp body lotion and shower gel/soap which was provided, smelt wonderful! The shower could have been more powerful but it was adequate. The location was quiet and about 20 minutes walk from the Royal Mile. A taxi cost about £6 . Plenty of shops and eating places nearby, a short walk away.
