Nira Caledonia reserves the right to refuse bookings made for groups of 4 rooms or more.The hotel has 5 floors and there is no elevator. Staff will bring your luggage to your room.Please note that the hotel has 2 buildings located at 6 and 10 Gloucester Place. On arrival, please check-in at Building No.6.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We new this would be a bit squeezy as we chose the 'Wee Double' but despite the small size, the room was very comfortable. We did not know at the time of booking that it was a heritage listed building and they have done a lovely job with it. Our room was on the top floor and no elevator but never fear. The staff are awesome, carrying our bags up and down the stairs. The location was good, an easy walk to Princes St.
