This hotel was under renovation so we were moved to the Albany Hotel. In the Albany Hotel, we initially got a room on the top floor. When we realised that there was no lift, I asked would it be possible to move to a lower floor as my elderly mom found the stairs difficult. The staff could not have been more accommodating and after the first night, we were moved to a room on the ground floor. The staff could not have been more pleasant and understanding about it. Excellent location, fabulous rooms and delightful staff made this a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!
