Perfect location on the corner of beautiful Cockburn Street - ideal for Edinburgh Waverley station. Lovely staff who sorted my request for higher floor / quiet room & no problem leaving luggage until check in time. Recommended!

The bar and lounge has lovely big windows, great for people watching and admiring the architecture. We got to check in early with no hassle and the staff are all very friendly . The hotel and our room was very clean and the location is perfectly located for where we wanted to be.

Very well located hotel, only a couple of minutes walk from Edinburgh Waverley and Princes Street, with Edinburgh Castle also only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel itself was clean and modern and the room had everything we needed. Whilst the breakfast was continental only there was a good selection.
