The property will contact the guest following their reservation.Parking location is EH6 7BY.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Car parking was available at back of hotel. Breakfast was of very good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. We got a room upgrade for $10 a night. Big room and bathroom, which were very clean.

Location, outside the main city centre so less busy and crowded but easy to get into the city by tram. Good location to walk to Leith attractions. Complimentary car parking also a bonus.

Room very spacious amd modern. Bar was trendy and loved the free cocktails and everyone so friendly. Food was amazing and good value for money.
