Everything was perfect! Nice warm room with toiletries, water, towels, kettle and even special Scottish fizzy drink was provided complimentary. Will stay here next time when I am in Edinburgh!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Comfortable bed, lovely rooms, amenities provided in the toilet and the room. Very close to the city! Great owner! For a guest house they certainly went above and beyond!

Perfect stay in Edinburgh. Close to city. Comfortable. Easy access. Beautiful rooms. Lovely to meet owners, very kind! Always available whenever needed by call or email. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! Very attentive!
