Hosts were so friendly and we had a good laugh with them. Lovely folks. Definitely worth a visit. Left in peace but if we needed anything they were really helpful too. Loved our stay and hopefully will be back x

Karen and Jeff are wonderful hosts and ensured our stay in their beautiful accommodation was perfect.Incredible breakfast room in glass conservatory with healthy breakfast options.Serene atmosphere and ambience throughout the accomodation.Karen and Jeff also provided us with information on buses,things to do in Edinburgh etc which enhanced our experience.We highly recommend this place to stay and the convenience of a brilliant bus service close by.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. I liked the relaxed ambience. I stayed in the studio room which was comfortable and self-contained with its own access.

It is located in a good place to travel to Edinburgh but also some nice places to eat locally as well. Beautiful and clean property, beds comfy as and hosts really helpful to find wat to do in Edinburgh. We would definitely come back again 😁
