This property is amazing and Karuna and Geoff are fantastic hosts. So engaging and easy to talk to. Room is spacious bed is comfortable and the breakfasts are to die for. What's not to like! Location suited us with bus route to city and beyond , walks along the Water of Leith and a great pub for food in Balerno 10 minutes walk.

Everything! The facilities were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts. Easy to get in and out of Edinburgh -45 mins on the bus. Lovely hosts - it was wonderful to connect with some locals.

Karen and Geoff are warm and welcoming hosts who go that extra mile to make your stay feel special. We were in the self-catering accommodation, but nonetheless we were invited in to take breakfast each day we stayed. The breakfast room is a very pleasant and calm space in which to start the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Just B Deva and cannot recommend it highly enough.
