A fantastically central hotel with amazing staff and rooms. We were welcomed straight away and provided with a room at 8am after our journey off the sleeper train, which was not expected. The staff also sent a bottle of Prosecco to our room to make our stay even more special. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Breakfast was superb, as was the restaurant in the evenings. In both cases the staff were excellent - very attentive, friendly and polite but not intrusive.
