The location, just off the Royal Mile is superb. We walked from the railway station and it is uphill all the way. There is a very good buffet breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was ideally situated just off of the royal mile, well placed for visiting all of the major attractions. The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate. The breakfast was nice with a pancake machine and a good mix of continental and cooked options.

Loved the hotel. It was comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The only problem and it wasn’t your fault was the noise outside overnight. But what can you expect on such a busy weekend.
