When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.From 24 July 2026 onwards a 5% local levy is applied to stays at our Edinburgh hotels.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.The Q-park is located within walking distance on Lauriston Place, opposite the George Herriot School.
When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

The hotel is beautifully laid out. I loved the courtroom area. I will certainly return with my wife for a leisure break. 1 night wasn't enough.

Lovely spacious room for Edinburgh with a nice big bathroom (nice bath & shower). Bed was comfortable & the little extras like tea/ coffee were good quality.

1. Location, great 2. Hotel decor and building blended old and new beautifully 3. Bed comfy with the softest pillows ever 4. Stayed in there cheapest room, but still had all the extras, tea, coffee, safe, fridge with sparkly water, topped this up for us regularly. Cracking shower. Loads of space for clothes. Lots of lamp and ceiling lights, so nice and relaxing light along with bright light to put your makeup on 5. Nice bar 6. Restaurant nice, table clothes and nice staff 7. All staff were lovely
