They were really nice with our dog! And the rooms had personality while being very clean at á reasonable price, the area was great and very quiet at night even though it was central.

It was in a handy location. Reception staff were all very friendly. Our room was on the first floor. Nice and large and overlooked a garden. Beds were comfortable enough. It was nice to be able to help ourselves to water, coffee, and breakfast bars on our way out each day. I had read complaints about having to hand in room keys. Glad we could as they are seriously large and would have been heavy to lump around all day.

All we needed was a place to sleep at night and it was perfect...we were at a elvis night at Assembly rooms so wasn't far to walk

We had a huge room on the ground floor, comfy beds, great shower and complimentary pastries and bottled water in the morning. Hotel was away from main road so was very quiet. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.
