I had a wonderful stay overall. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable exactly what I was hoping for. The staff truly stood out, they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I want to especially highlight the cleaner, who was exceptionally kind and polite, such a lovely person who made a great impression. The location was perfect.

Received free upgrade to ground floor family room and therefore didn't have to carry my big suitcase upstairs. 🧡 Garden view, spacious and comfortable. Had a very relaxing sleep.

High ceilings, large room, natural sunlight with good shutters for sleeping. Location was only a short bus ride into the areas with main sights in Edinburgh but far enough for a peaceful sleep. Staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help us during our stay.
