Perfect accommodation located within just a 30-minute walk of the town centre, making it very convenient whether you prefer walking or using public transport. The lighting in the room was excellent — we had four lamps as well as one large main light, which made the space feel bright and comfortable at all times of the day. A nice bonus was the free space provided, which added extra convenience during our stay. The toilets were fairly clean, and we were pleased to find plenty of toilet rolls available along with fresh towels provided every day, which really made a difference. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which was very appreciated and made our arrival much smoother. Overall, this place offers great value for money, especially considering its good transport links and easy access to the city. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Situated in a nice area, quite central and with good connections both around the city and to Leith. Kind and helpful staff. Rooms were good and lived up to expectations. Very good experience for the price.

Really nice Hotel in this this price range. Of course it’s not five star hotel but if you just need to rest between full days at Edinburgh, this is great choice for great price. Highly recommend! Staff was also very kind and helpful.

The apartment was super clean and had everything that was included in the description! The location was optimal and good connected to the tram/bus stops.
