Please note that the hotel does not have a lift.Please note charges apply for luggage storage, early check-in and late check-out.For the safety of our Guests and neighbors the windows have to remain sealed. Health and Safety regulations prevent us from having windows open. Vents and extractors are used to provide cold and warm air to the rooms. Reception has the ability to control the room temperature at all times, we are open 24 hours 7 days a week.Due to Health and Safety Regulations, windows remain sealed shut and cannot be opened.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was very clean yes it's a very small room it's good if your just using it to sleep in and shower as we did cause it's handy for everything castle ,shops bus stop staff are amazingly friendly the room was cold wen arrived but staff put heating on and it was nice and warm the few days we where there

Brilliantly sited at the heart jog Edinburgh. Very comfy bed and spot on air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is centrally located along Princes Street, and you have access to various restaurants, coffee shops and other stores - all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The room might be considered small by some, but I found it rather quaint and similar to the micro-hotel rooms you see in some Asian countries like Japan. The bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and there was a decent selection of channels on the TV as well. Amazing air condition in the room too! Perfect for the nice, hot weather during my visit.
