Warm welcome from helpful staff. Great room with a view of the castle. Room had good facilities and a great tv screen for watching the Euros! This was aquite a late booking due to unexpectedly needing to change a booking at another hotel. So pleased I did the location and hotel facilities suited our needs very well.

Helpful Staff and Convenient Location The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The cookies on arrival were a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The bar staff were especially friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Reception staff were also very helpful, assisting with luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our experience much smoother.
