We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, a quiet street right in the heart of the city, and our room was cozy, clean, and well kept. We especially appreciated having access to a shared kitchen, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The management was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. I accidentally left my sunglasses in the room while checking out, and they very kindly sent them home to me by international mail, at no cost to me. This really left a lasting impression for me, and I felt it went above and beyond what can reasonably be expected. Next time we’re in Edinburgh, we’ll make an effort to stay here again — and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

I loved being able to explore the city on foot, and the nearby public transport made it easy to venture further out. **Cleanliness and Comfort**: Upon arrival, I was greeted by a pristine and welcoming space. The apartment was spotless, and the cozy furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights after long days of sightseeing. **Amenities**: The amenities were fantastic! Nice place for a short stay. Great location—safe area, close to the city centre and Royal Mile. The room was small but had everything needed. Private bathroom next door and a kitchen with basic equipment, plus free coffee and tea.

Well equipped kitchen but is communal so be prepared to meet other guests staying in other rooms. Was a 20 - 30 minute walk from Waverley station but also on good bus route.
