The apartment is so quirky, we loved the feeling of history in the place and all the little nooks and crannies. The location was ideal for us as a family as we weren't right in the thick of things but we're close enough to walk. Itbwas peaceful and a friendly neighbourhood with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants if we just wanted to pop out. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for us as a family of 4. We wanted for nothing in the way of facilities and appliances.

Great location right next to restaurants (try the Broonswick Book Club on a main street for breakfast), Co-Op and Tesco for grocery shopping. We did almost all the sightseeing by foot . This apartment has lots of space and enough to fit up to 8pax , so for a family of 4 it felts very spacious . Kitchen and dining area has everything starting from cooking oil , salt and good pans , so can cook your own food. Kids room had books, and toys. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house at all. Clean and white towels & bedsheets, even nicer than in some 5* hotels.

We had a great stay at the Simpsons apartment. The place was clean, and sufficiently equipped for our family of four to serve as a base camp for a couple of days of adventures in Edinburgh. I would stay again!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and well decorated. There were spare sheets and the beds were comfortable. 100% would recommend.
