We had such a wonderful stay. Super friendly, helpful and really kind, let us park out front and gate us keys several hours early before our check-in time so we could get out into the city (which is literally a 20min straight walk to the royal mile). Bellevue is so quiet and private but so well connected, our stay was genuinely exactly as we wanted.couldnt recommend higher.

Good location, walkable to the city centre or easy to get very regular busses from right outside that take about 10 minutes to get into the city. Also really close to Holyrood Park and some nice areas for food and drink. The checkin process was easy and the lady was really friendly. Room was warm and bed comfy enough.
