Lovely spacious room with comfy bed, good location, took about 35 minutes to walk into edinburgh centre and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. The owner was very friendly and helpful and answered all our queries on the buses.

I really liked the quiet location, near the bus station to the centre. The cosy sitting room for all the guests, incl. a coffee maker is a bonus.
