Lovely, comfortable room with a great bathroom. Lynne and Rab were wonderful hosts so friendly and welcoming, full of knowledge about the best ways to get in and out of Edinburgh especially with all the festivals going on whilst we were there. They provided an amazingly generous breakfast that powered us up Arthur's Seat and through the rest of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend to everyone.

Everything was just perfect!!! Lynne and Rob are the absolute sweetest and made us feel right at home during our little trip to see Oasis in Edinburgh. The room was clean and super spacious, and the skylight was a little bonus and so nice to wake up to in the morning! The breakfast was delicious and Lynne made sure the veggie option was also amazing, and she even gave me a Scottish scone recipe that I tried with my friends as soon as I got home (they all loved it!!). Getting around was super easy, we walked down to Portobello beach and took the bus everywhere else, since there's a stop right outside which was super convenient, especially when getting back from the concert. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to come back!!!

The hosts were amazing .Lynn even did our washing for us.The breakfast was huge and really set us up for the day.We especially enjoyed trying the haggis ,whiskey and home made scones each morning. It was so handy being over the road from the bus stop and only a short trip into the city.
