Ideal location, the place is spotlessly clean. Great sized room with an excellent en suite. The shower was great. Fresh towels and toiletries provided. On site parking for two cars, but plenty on street parking round the corner. I would definitely stay again

Great location 20 minutes walk (or 10 minutes bus from outside hostel) from Royal Mile. Large clean quiet room on bottom floor with beautiful chandelier. Nice bathroom. Easy access with codes and lockbox for key. Great value for money for central Edinburgh. No food available however plenty of places to eat a short walk away.

Very clean, modern bedroom with private bathroom, 30 minutes walk from old town or bus 1 minute away . Very quiet area, room was cleaned daily and coffee and tea was replaced daily

Great property and only was there a short stay, but lovely room and well renovated bathroom! Close to bath lines and had a nice view of Arthur’s seat from my room, highly recommend
