Beautiful property with lots of original features, all bedrooms en suite, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge. This feels like a real home. It’s a fabulous place to spend time with family or friends.

Paul was amazing - friendly, positive and welcoming! The house was very spaceious and a nice place to relax after a day in town. We were a group of 12 and the house was perfect for us. Will definetly recommend staying here. Thanks for having us.

We came to Edinburgh for a family weekend and the property was perfect for allowing us all to sit together and talk, eat and drink but also gave people spaces to go if they wanted some quieter time.

E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!!!!! the house is superb, well organized and pristine. the location is great. But more importantly, Paul, our Host is one of a kind. He is such a charming person, a gentleman, worrying about our comfort, preparing the house with great taste. He also cooked the greatest Breakfast I ever had in Great Britain. Paul, on behalf of my friends, T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U!!!!!
