The hotel owner was really lovely and welcoming. My friend and I travelled to Edinburgh early in the morning so we really appreciated that they agreed to check us in earlier to allow us to take some rest after the long journey. The room was very nice, clean and cozy. Bus stops are close to the place, although, we preferred walking to the city center which took approx 30-40 min one way. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, but it would be great to have more options to choose from. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next trip. Thank you.

Large spacious room with large comfortable bed, very very clean throughout, with everything you would need in the room, we had the room in the pictures, and they don't do it justice. Very friendly owner who informed us about the local area and transport links on arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was very cozy and well-equipped (kettle, tea bags and coffee, complimentary chocolates and water); the hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood with very quick city center connection (although on the map it looks a bit far, in reality it takes only 15 min to get to the center)
