We were up to Echuca for a basketball tournament and this property was a great location for what we needed and there was plenty of things for us to do with having to go out all the time. Kids got great use out of the pool table, table tennis, card table and darts. We still went out but in between basketball matches the house was ideal.

Everything was great however the bathroom needs a standalone shower. But hard for those a bit older climbing in and out of a bath
