Staff customer service was superb. Greeted by a lovely helpful lady who told me where my room was. The waitress at dinner was excellent as was the young gentleman behind the bar who took my dinner order. The waitress at breakfast was excellent too. Food at dinner was delicious and the room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable.

Breakfast was the only slight disappointment. Rather hasty service and limited quality cereal selection. Only full fat yogurt. These are small points!

Nice pub. Village location. Well equipped bedrooms. Good menu, very happy with our evening meal which was beautifully cooked and generous. Outstanding staff. Each and every one of them friendly helpful and welcoming. Excellent culture here and it makes a huge difference to guests so well done them. Especially delightful breakfast waitress who was super cheerful and delightful to everyone as well as intuitive and efficient.

Lovely old Inn, with a great bar area and lovely breakfast. Great location. The staff were lovely.
