The fine print
Some rooms may not be suitable for cots, please check at time of booking. There are 11 steps to the front door, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Once inside there is a lift to floors 1 and 2. Parking is suitable for vehicles up to 1.90 metres, vehicles that can't use the parking will have to park on street. *On-line check-in must be completed prior to arriving. There is no facility to check in after 22:00 and keys must be handed into reception no later than 10.30 on day of departure. There must be 1 responsible adult aged 18 or over in each room. The Sheldon cannot take DSS or unaccompanied children under any circumstances.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location for visiting Eastbourne. A warm welcome, a comfortable room and the best breakfast coffee we had on our travels. Loved the creative artistic decor! Only a short walk to the seafront, theatre, Towner Art Gallery and places to eat. Also private car parking was a bonus. I have recommended it to my art club friends.

It was perfect for myself on my own. Amazing staff very clean comfortable also being able to bring in my own supper and use their microwave was brilliant. Will be going back. Very close to the sea front for an evening stroll.

Everything was great. Perfect location, free onsite parking, lovely staff and friendly welcome from owner Steve. Breakfast was whatever you want with a large dining-room and a lounge if you want to chill out. Very free and easy attitude to coming and goings. Room was nice and spacious and airy. Spotlessly clean and great value for money. 10 out of 10.

Excellent choice of breakfast. Loved all the art work painted on every surface. Loved CK the dog he was so well behaved. Comfortable bed, room was small but had everything you could possibly need. Excellent WiFi signal. 5 minutes from the beach and a free car park.
