There pay-and-display parking facilities available nearby at an additional cost.The sea front can be a little lively on Saturday night up until about midnight, if noise is an issue we would advise you to book an inland room on Saturday night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Excellent location, right on the seafront by the pier. It’s where all the tour buses stop too which was good. Can’t fault the location.

It was clean, with great location and provided parking permits which was great for the centre of town. The room was well decorated and lovely.

The location was great as it was right opposite the Eastbourne Pier. The room was clean with great facilities with a nice decor and the bed was very comfy. The manager was very friendly and helpful. It was great value for money for the room I got and its location. Highly recommended
