There pay-and-display parking facilities available nearby at an additional cost.The sea front can be a little lively on Saturday night up until about midnight, if noise is an issue we would advise you to book an inland room on Saturday night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The room was wonderful with a full seaview. The bed was very cosy and i fell straight to sleep . The decor was nice The price was fantastic.couldnt have got any closer to the sea and pier.The breakfast was hot and nice. we will be going back again.

The cleaning lady was amazing, she single-handedly kept the hotel clean from top to bottom!!!!!! The room was nicely decorated, however a lot if things could have had a better finish, The bed was soft but comfortable, The location is great and if you get a room at the back its pretty quiet. The shower wasn't that powerful but did the job.

The location was great. The downstairs reception was clean modern light pleased the eyes. The bedroom we had to stay was nothing to say the best I've been in due to the fact we had no view of the seafront only a view off a wall which was very dissapointed with. Thus is my 4th time visiting Eastbourne and everywhere I have stayed always had a view off the seafront. Windows in the bedroom did not open only the very top one did. There was no headboard no wardrobe to hang our clothes no iron available in the room. Wall light was hanging down not enough plug sockets on the room. Very basic room no pictures on the wall The wall had spillage on them. Bathroom was okay for cleanliness toilet underseat still had feaceus on when we arrived first day. Windows and window ledge was dusty and dirty had to clean the toilet and ledges to open the window. Cleaner came daily to ask if we needed anything accommodating friendly. Apart from this we had a pleasant stay. So the hotel on the website has lots off different rooms advertised which look really nice however I think that we had the basic room. The downfall too is there are no lifts in the building so anyone who is disabled or unable to manage the stairs would only be limited to the first floor. We were not informed about the breakfast if offered or not at the hotel. Had we been told at least we could have had the option to eat there. I can not comment to say if this hotel is good for a romantic stay as I am only commenting on the room we stayed at whilst we stayed at the hotel. Overall guessing value for the money Downfall the view and cleanliness. Towels toiletries were provided if requested .
