Elaine and Steve were very welcoming and were friendly hosts, it was a pleasure to meet them. Breakfast was superb, plenty of it and a good choice. The room was lovely, overlooked the sea front. We’d definitely stay again!

An absolutely lovely visit. Steve and Elaine were wonderful hosts, they couldn't do enough for you, so hospitable and helpful. The place was spotless, not a spec of dust anywhere! My room was a single room and it was more than adequate, and tidied daily. The breakfast was excellent, I had a fried breakfast. It was very well cooked, and with very good quality, locally sourced, food. However, you could have porridge, cereals or yogurt, and/or as well, and refills of coffee, which were offered. Again Steve and Elaine were Lovely, hosts. Great value, and an all-round brilliant stay. 10/10 for me, I will be going back. Thank you Steve and Elaine.

From the moment the front door opened Elaine and Steve made us feel very welcome. Outstanding hosts, very friendly and they made our stay that much better just by being very nice people. We had the sea-view room with balcony and it was lovely. Clean, bright comfortable and spacious, far better than the hotel we usually stay in when we are in Eastbourne. Breakfast choices are very good and I can definitely recommend the fry up (will try the kippers next time), again much better than our usual hotel. The location was perfect for us, we've seen the sites before and now just see Eastbourne as our happy place where we can just relax by the beach and watch the world go by. There is a bus stop close by so getting into the town centre is straightforward, however it is also a nice walk along the prom weather permitting. We will definitely be booking again and look forward to our next stay, can safely say we have found our new favourite place to stay in Eastbourne. Thanks Elaine & Steve, you made our few days break much better. See you again next year.
