Greeted by a lovely, chatty young lady, really helpful. room was small but we expected that. clean plenty of towels and hangers etc. nice tea and coffee location is excellent and car parking great value.

When arriving at the hotel there was no clear sign to say where the ramp was. I had to leave my resident outside the front of the hotel to ask staff where the ramp was, staff was very helpful in showing us where it was and offering us help. The first rooms that where given to us, we couldn't find it and there was little steps all around which my resident with a four wheeled rollator couldn't go down. The staff were very helpful in swapping there rooms over and still making sure that the rooms were still together.
