Set back from the road with dedicated parking. Quiet location. Clean, tidy and modern. Well provisioned with lots of kitchen equipment etc. Made to feel homely and inviting. Welcome items such as milk provided. Really nice that it was decorated for Christmas. Nice and warm. Overall great, we would stay again.
