The apartment was clean and well presented. The kitchen was well equipped and basics were provided. It's a great location. For our family of 3 adults, it was about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Eastbourne. We also enjoyed crossing the road and eating brunch at a restaurant a few minutes walk along the sea front. The small balcony is a great place to enjoy an early morning cup of tea. We always found parking spaces on the road close to the property during our weekend stay.. I would highly recommend this property.
