The breakfast was exceptional and original with high quality ingredients and made to order. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with excellent local knowledge. Special touches - many books on the locality to borrow, tea, coffee and good choice of biscuits in the rooms, local beer in the bar. Very comfortable bed.

Chris and Caroline were very welcoming the room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. We will return and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for our enjoyable stay.

Lovely little independant hotel in a residential road close to beach front. Owners were super lovely and hotel was spotlessly clean. Just personal preferences would be to have a full length mirror in the rooms and a larger TV, but that's minor details for a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was superb.. Cooked to perfection and greasy. 5* Thank you both :)
