We really loved our stay at this property. It was clean, well-maintained, and everything felt fresh from the moment we arrived. The apartment smelled clean throughout, including the kitchen and bathroom, which made it even more comfortable. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a convenient stay. We booked a family room with one single bed and one double bed, which worked perfectly for me and my husband with our toddler who co-sleeps. We were able to rest peacefully, which made a big difference to our trip. The location is excellent—set in a quiet neighbourhood, yet very accessible. It’s within walking distance to the beach and only about a 10-minute walk to Eastbourne Pier. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, as well as ice cream and dessert spots nearby. It’s also just a 15-minute drive to Seven Sisters Country Park, which is a great bonus. We also appreciated that the property has a lift, making it very convenient when travelling with kids and a stroller. A special mention to the receptionist who assisted us—she was very helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but she truly made our stay even more pleasant. Kudos to her! Parking is available on the street for free, although you may need a bit of patience to find a spot. There is also a paid car park nearby if needed.

We got upgraded to a larger studio compared to what we booked which was nice, we were situated on the ground floor which worked well for us. I liked that the flooring is wooden rather than carpeted like most hotels in that area, plenty of chairs in the room, and table to eat at. The bed was comfortable. TV was connected to wifi - can use YouTube etc. Great wifi connectivity where we were situated. Plenty of plug sockets with usb ports. There is aircon with heating function as well which we didn’t really use but would be useful during hotter weather. Full length mirror in the main room. Ironing board, drying rack and hangers available. Complimentary tea/coffee packets and fruits at reception. Kitchen came with plates, glasses, mug, drying rack, microwave, washing machine, kettle, tea towels, washing liquid and sponge. Useful items in kitchen compared to other places I have stayed previously. Bathroom came with hand soap and all in one body wash/shampoo. Small light in bathroom mirror so you can use at night without turning on the big lights. Drain hole drained well. Key card entry to room. Easy check out. Nice location, close to beach front, and easy to walk to the town centre and high street.
