Really welcoming environment, Gaynor was a fabulous Host. The Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Right near the seafront so easy access to amenities. The breakfast on offer was amazing and Gaynor made it very personalised and had a big variety of options to choose from. Gaynor makes the B and B what it is. The best place to stay in Eastbourne.

Our stay at Number Ninety One was delightful! The owner Gaynor was a lovely, warm , friendly lady. The breakfast provided was truly excellent with a great deal of choice and cooked to a superb standard. The parking outside was very accessible .We had a very comfortable room with so many little extras! We will definitely be returning!!

Lovely guest house and friendly host, very comfortable room with nice touches added by the owner. Lovely breakfast options and items topped in your room when requested.
